Literally Literally, or Figuratively Literally?

Congratulations, slobs. We now literally have no word that means “literally”.

While I’d probably cast my lot in with the language prescriptivists over the descriptivists, can’t both sides agree that we need a word which means “literally”, with no ambiguity?
