Doubt Insurance Covers That

During Red Sox games, parking on Lansdowne Street next to Fenway Park runs $40. For that price, you get the privilege of being stuck driving behind thousands of fans walking to the park, along with the joys of Boston traffic. In a city with great public transit, unless you have severe mobility issues, paying $40 to park next to the stadium is a fool’s errand.

Here’s one more reason not to park there:

Dented SUV

Yes, a home run ball crushed by the Blue Jays’ Jose Bautista managed to put a very visible dent in some poor bastard’s SUV, parked on the roof of the garage across the street from the stadium, about 400 feet from home plate.
