In Russia, a company called Tinkoff Credit Systems sent Dmitry Agarkov an unsolicited credit card offer. He agreed to sign up, but only after amending the contract he was signing. Now, he’s suing the bank for violating the contract.
Update (August 15th, 2013): It appears this has been resolved. Though the post is in Russian, a translation via Google indicates both parties have agreed to drop all claims. Frankly, I’m a bit disappointed in Mr. Agarkov, but so it goes. Thanks to @cyrilmyshkin for the tip!
