Two Wrongs Might Be a Wash 

A little less money into individual pockets for a lot less advertising is a good trade.

By and large, vandalism is wrong. However, the pervasive intrusion of advertising into every nook and cranny of modern life is also wrong. As such, one can’t help but sympathize with the recent actions of one New Yorker.

A simple proposal: Raise taxes on companies, so cities can both afford more services and show less advertising.
