Locklan Samples was born about three and a half decades too late for the glorious head of hair he’s currently rocking.

Apparently, the boy suffers from a temporary condition known as “Uncombable Hair Syndrome”, and his mother is now “raising awareness”. I’m not sure how necessary that is for condition with only about 100 reported cases, but it is a pretty good laugh.
