On April 12, a woman named Lisa Pisano received a transplanted pig kidney. Less than two months later, Wired ran a story with the headline “Woman Who Received Pig Kidney Transplant Has It Removed”. Though that’s factual, it also sounds ridiculous. This poor, ailing woman wasn’t getting a skin tag frozen off.
