Last year, a woman with a severe dairy and nut allergy died after eating at a Walt Disney World Resort restaurant. Now, Disney is trying to get a wrongful death suit dismissed on the basis of the woman’s husband accepting a forced arbitration agreement when he signed up for Disney Plus in 2019. It’s not a good look.
