Recently, my Apple dumbwatch developed an apparent hearing problem:

Of course, it didn’t actually. Just as the above image indicates, I had indeed asked “Who do the Red Sox play today?”. Aside from the missing question mark, it transcribed things perfectly. Despite that, after spinning its wheels for a great number of seconds, it replied “Sorry, could you say that again?”. This happened three times in a row.
The likely issue here was actually that I had fairly poor connectivity at the time. In that scenario, it’s understandable that Siri would be unable to answer my question. It’s inexplicable, however, that it would ask me to repeat myself. You already know what I want, Siri! If you’re having trouble handling the request, say that. Making me repeat myself makes me want to repeatedly smash something.
