Just Do Your Job

Everyone hates the 2010-2011 Miami Heat, right? If not, here’s one more reason you should. To convince his players to defend at the other end of the court, coach Eric Spoelstra has given them an incentive:

If Dwyane Wade grabs a defensive rebound, he has the green light to do whatever he wants offensively. If LeBron James makes a defensive stop, he controls his own game on the other end of the court.

For the $14 million+ they’re each making, you’d think Wade and James could just play defense, seeing as it’s how their job and all.
