Corn is expensive this year, so at least one Kentucky cattle grower has turned to a different source of sustenance for his herd: Candy.
[Joseph] Watson mixes the candy with an ethanol by-product and a mineral nutrient. The packaged candy comes from various companies at a discounted rate because it’s not fit for store shelves.
I was going to suggest that folks might skip the middle-cow (as it were) and just eat the candy directly, but it seems better to let the cows digest all that.
