Brazilian student Catarina Migliorini has apparently agreed to sell her virginity for over three-quarters of a million dollars. The entire arrangement is part of a movie, which sounds awful, and Ms. Migliorini intends to use the money for charitable work. Still, she’s fighting off accusations of prostitution:

“If you only do it once in your life then you are not a prostitute, just like if you take one amazing photograph it does not automatically make you a photographer.“

And just like if you kill one lousy stranger in a dark alley, it doesn’t automatically make you a murderer. Come on, people, it’s simple logic!

Unfortunately for the fellows, it seems that male virgins command a much, much lower premium in this strange market.

A male virgin named Alexander…sold for $3,000 to a Brazilian woman called Nene B.

I suppose one problem would be proving this gentleman is actually a virgin, and not simply terrible in the sack.
