Down in Florida, two minors are due in court, as they’re facing battery charges for spraying someone with silly string.

The victims were minors so their parents were called to the scene. Their parents told authorities they wanted to pursue charges.

Perhaps there’s unreported history here, but on the face of it, this seems like a bit much.
